After surviving alongside Sherry Birkin and Leon S. Kennedy, Claire Redfield goes to France to look for her brother, Chris Redfield. But instead of seeing her brother again, she will be confronted by the Umbrella special forces squad that caused the disaster. Claire is taken prisoner and taken to an enigmatic island.
Claire now needs to make a last-ditch effort to flee the isolated Rockfort Island, which has become a living nightmare of survival terror as a result of another biological disaster.
