  4. Click the link in that email and log in to your Battle.net account to accept it.
  5. The Warcraft Forever Collection will be added to your account and will show up in the Battle.net desktop app.

World of Warcraft: Forever itself, including the Skyborne race and the rest of the Collection's in-game content, becomes playable according to Blizzard's own beta and launch schedule, not immediately after the gift is redeemed.
