Manage renovations in 90s apartment blocks!

Imagine yourself operating your own little business as a do-it-yourself handyman in a Polish apartment complex in the 1990s. What's your mission? to maximize profits by reducing expenses wherever you can! Using water to dilute paint so that it lasts throughout the apartment? Who will notice if the color isn't as vivid?

Using a level to lay tiles? The area gains "character" with a little irregularity. After all, speed is more important than perfection! You already own the profit if the client finds any defects after you've departed, so don't worry!
