They must maintain and improve their boats in order to survive, returning to the place they once called home in quest of resources, treasure, and food. However, each mission might be their last, as the undead aren't the only ones seeking blood.

Your lifeline is your boat. Your last line of defense against the tragedy unfolding in the globe, your mobile base, and your means of transportation. Upgrade your ship to better survive attacks, develop your crafting skills, accommodate other survivors, and travel the world more skillfully.  But remember, you can only live offshore for a certain amount of time, even though the sea keeps the undead at bay.
