The Arma Carta put an end to a period of violence in Vilasapara in the year 20XX, allowing the criminal organizations that operated there to create a precarious equilibrium. Up until now. Vilasapara has become a significant component of President Bato's reelection campaign, as he presents the city's "Vila Fight Fest" as the answer to the nation's economic problems. His goal is to make the underground fighting competition a national sport and take it to the international arena. It's unlikely that his ambitions have anything to do with the recent attacks on martial artists by a man known as The Bakunawa Killer, but who can be certain? Four strangers' fortunes will collide at this crossroads, stirring ghosts from decades before and permanently altering Vilasapara.

This island city, also referred to as the "City of Martial Arts," is made up of several different neighborhoods, such as resort regions, entertainment districts, and a walled core city. Players can explore a variety of side storylines and quests in addition to the main plot, each of which highlights the relationships made with the locals and features distinctive locations connected to each story.
