Death is all around you

Following the horrifying events at Wildberger Hospital, Caroline Walker seeks a semblance of normalcy alongside her sister, Anna. Yet peace proves elusive. Haunted by terrifying visions and macabre drawings that manifest into gruesome reality, Anna’s fragile mind teeters on the edge of collapse.

In a desperate bid to save her sister, Caroline travels to the remote mountains of southern Chile to the enigmatic town of Villa Hess, home to a mysterious clinic promising answers. But beneath the warm smiles of the staff and the sterile calm of its halls lurks an unspeakable evil. The sisters soon find themselves ensnared in a new nightmare that stretches beyond the limits of reality itself.
