Species: Unknown is a first-person survival horror experience designed for 1–4 players, playable solo or in online co-op on private or public servers. You and your team are mercenaries sent to investigate derelict spaceships, execute high-risk contracts, and - if luck’s on your side - make it out alive. But be warned: something is hunting you.

Form a squad of up to four players and take on contracts with escalating difficulty. Every mission plays differently depending on your objective, your teammates, the map layout, and which of the five intelligent threats is stalking you. Work together, strategize, and cover each other - or go it alone and see how long you can last.

The monster hunting you is procedurally chosen from a growing roster of terrifying, intelligent species - each with unique behavior, hunting methods, strengths, and weaknesses. Study your surroundings, collect evidence, and identify what you’re up against before it’s too late.

Every decision counts aboard these haunted ships, and no one will hear you scream when the lights go out.
