Slender: The Arrival is a new version of the horror game originally released in 2013. The 10th Anniversary Update completely overhauls the visual side of the game. As a result, the new, realistic graphics make the already scary game even more terrifying.

The story and gameplay

The game follows the story of Lauren, who comes to the countryside to help her friend, Kate, sell her house and move out. Upon her arrival, she discovers that the home has been devastated and that Kate is missing. She embarks on a quest to find her friend. Unfortunately, the mission turns into a desperate fight for survival as Lauren has to face supernatural creatures, including the mysterious Slender Man. Moreover, she must deal with out-of-this-world enemies without any powerful weapons. Instead, she has to use everyday items such as a camera and flashlight.

Slander: The Arrival was initially premiered on March 26, 2013. Its new version is available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The game's release date was scheduled for October 18, 2023.
