A caring friend
The peace in the forest of Nibel did not last long. The metroidvanian map offers you a plethora of rooms and corridors to wander around and discover its hidden secrets.
The Spirit Shards
This time, Ori will not just learn new abilities as you progress through the story. In Ori and the Will of the Wisps, one of your main tasks will be to collect Spirit Shards. Their power affects Ori in an active or passive way, letting him perform new actions and upgrading his possibilities to overcome the encountered difficulties.
More dynamic combat
The developers from Moon Studios invented a new, more dynamic combat system that includes both regular and boss enemies. You’ll be able to fight them using weapons, spells, and combat abilities. You’ll also get the chance to show other players your skills with your score in the brand new Spirit Trials.

- Ori and the Will of the Wisp continues in many respects in the same vein as Ori and the Blind Forest was, a fun metroidvania, which encourages much exploration of the map and that if you grab his hand, it will hardly be complicated (except in some very specific parts, but the first one also sinned). In the gameplay I think that the most remarkable thing are the changes in the entire weapon system, skills and ways of learning / acquiring them, which in little and nothing resembles the first (being more similar to Hollow Knight) and that still is the same fun and enjoyable. As for the story and without spoiler intention, just say that not only does it live up to the first, but I feel like it goes a step further. About the visual / musical section, what can I say that is not noticed first? For me it is a masterpiece.
