The world of hockey
NHL 24 is the 33rd installment in the long-running EA Sports series. The game is officially licensed; hence, it features all the NHL teams and players as well as full coverage of the 2023–24 season.
Enhanced gameplay
NHL 24 brings a lot of improvements to the series. The overhauled physics and animations make checking even more exciting, while the one-touch passing and new total control skill moves let you create stunning offensive plays. Moreover, such features as the Exhaust Engine and Goalie Fatigue System provide the game with a new level of realism.
Game mods
All hockey fans will enjoy the vast list of game modes that let them lead their favorite teams or become superstars themselves. World of Chel modes let you test your skills against other players, while Hockey Ultimate Team allows you to assemble a squad filled with your favorite hockey players from different eras. Furthermore, NHL 24 supports cross-play, so you may play with people using other consoles within the same generation.

The NHL 24 release date is October 6, 2023. It is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S|X. The Colorado Avalanche's star, Cale Makar, is the cover star. There are no PC or Nintendo Switch ports of NHL 24.
