The Fall of Max Payne
Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne is the second chapter in the story of a cynical detective who lost everything. The game's action is set two years after the events from the first installment. Now Max is back with NYPD, and during a murder investigation, he meets Mona Sax, whom he thought dead. This unexpected event leads to his new dark adventure marked with tons of shot mobsters. One's again, the series shows how the ultimate third-person shooter should be like. Use the bullet time and a vast arsenal of weapons to survive in the world full of thugs and contract killers.
The fun continues
After completing the story, you can test your skills in two different game modes. In New York Minute, your goal is to finish a level as soon as possible to get the best scores. The Dead Man Walking, on the other hand, allows you to fight endless hordes of constantly respawning enemies. Your goal is to survive as long as you can. Repeating the story mode can be a good choice as well because completing Max Payne 2 on the hardest difficulty level unlocks an alternate ending.

The most dark and depressing entry in the series, MP2TFOMP manages to bring the first game into a whole new level with better physics, graphics and a more cynical Max.<br />The gunplay is as good as it can get, with an emphasis on quick reactions, abusing bullet time and proper aiming. <br />It is short and easy unless on a proper difficulty, but MP2TFOMP is just a joy to play (and replay with mods that are still available) , boasting outsanding writing , satisfying guns and an amazing soundtrack.<br /><br />A very strong single-player game that deserves your time.

better graphics , better and fun gameplay ( bullet time never gets old) and a new (more interesting ) plot , works on a potato pc <br>the only 2 things i dislike about this second game is that they changed max face :/ ( a new and better face but i prefer the wacky old one ) and its a bit short <br>give it a go and you wont regret it and its very cheap ;) worth the price <br>7/10<br>

Really nice old game. I haven't played the first one, but i have really enjoyed this. Slow motion feature is really nice.<br>

Solid game all in all. Though not the best Max Payne, but definetly better than the worst.
