Under the chilly streets of L'Amour, the remote capital of Armorica, something once mighty remains slumber.

It dreams while it sleeps, and it hunts while it dreams. The strange death of a young man draws Aurore and Lux Amanite, two vampire siblings, into a world of occult obsession and business corruption.

Ryouko Otsuki, a police investigator, comes in L'Amour in the meantime to discover a city whose identity is just as shattered and fractured as her own.
