I originally had this game on Xbox and I can't say anything bad about it! The simulation runs so smoothly despite being complex and complete. It's easy to understand and user-friendly. The maps are enormous compared to SimCity, and the fact that you can mod it on computer has me very excited. Don't miss this game if you like this style.

This is a great city-building game. It really is.<br />(And that is said before playing with any of the released DLCs.)<br /><br />The graphics are nice, and all the data panels are easy to understand.<br />The game has enough functions to be challenging, but it's not unnecessarily complex to the point of frustration.<br />What surprised me the most when I started playing this game was that the citizens are happy to use public transportation. And best of all: they can walk short distances! :D<br /><br />So, is there nothing that could be better?<br />Of course there are.<br /><br />The maps are a tad bit small, I think.<br />And I wish you didn't have to deal with the dead bodies. I just think it's a bit silly to "need" a crematory in every neighbourhood...

Please pick up this game if you are wanting a new city builder with the classic feeling of the older sim city please buy this.<br>Positives<br>Great Animations<br>DLC to add to the experience<br>No tutorial needed, easy to pick up and play<br>Depth is optional, game can be played on surface or deeper value <br><br>Negatives<br>Temporary lag when loading in big areas<br>End game can be tedious to reach<br><br>Overall Brilliant game, if looking for a city builder, this is the bets out there atm 9/10<br><br><br>

The game allows you to design and expand a city with the use of many tools such as zoning, district planning and other features that let you change the smaller, more intricate details of your city. You can set different laws within your districts to make them work more efficiently at what you want them to do. I feel like this is all done really well. I have not got any DLC's, and only recently did I get a few mods, but I don't feel like the game ever really needed them.<br>Overall, I would rate this game a well-earned 10/10. I can’t really fault it on anything. Out of all the city building games out there, this is the most detailed and intricate, while remaining fun to play, and enjoyably challenging. Graphically, it looks great, and the gameplay feels smooth. It has to be the best game of its type.<br>

<br>It's enjoyable as a simple city building game. It's easy to understand, it's fun and it's challenging. What makes this game great, is that you are actually building a city how you want it to look. The amount of user created mods and assets is unbelievable, generating more content and options than any company could create. Only downside is that while you increase mods, tools and assets, you also need mods to manage the mods.

I really have fun playing this game. Destroying your cities after going bankrupt is the best feeling ever. <br>5 stars out of 5 I recommend this also because it is very cheap so if you are a broke college boy you can afford it

Cities: Skylines is what Sim City 5 should have been. It’s a city game made for city-builders, creative designers and eager newcomers alike. It looks good, it plays well, and the potential variety stemming from the Steam Workshop alone is enough to make you chirp with excitement. There are still tiny details that could have been implemented, but considering the size of the team that made it, Cities is a game worthy of the acclaim it’s getting. If ever there was a game to break the drought of good city-building games, this is the one to do it.
