Individual terms and conditions of sale by the supplier MAUROSPBRGAMES
- GENERAL RULES:
- The Supplier is Mauro Spbr Games Ltda Avenida Hilario Pereira de Souza, 406, Sala 1916 T1, 06010170, Osasco - SP, Brazil Reg. no. 13611984000199 .
- The terms and conditions stipulated by the Supplier are more favourable for the Buyer than those stipulated by the Terms and Conditions on the GAMIVO Platform.
- These terms and conditions apply only to Products purchased from the Supplier.
- The Supplier shall issue a bill or VAT invoice for each Product purchased.
- OPTIONAL RULES:
- The Supplier allows payment through alternative sales channels that are exclusively authorised by him, i.e. direct payment - bank transfer. The delivery time by the Supplier is 14 days from the moment the funds are accepted on the Supplier’s account.
- The Supplier other than the choice of payment methods available on the Platform, also allows the following payment methods, i.e. direct payment - bank transfer.
- The Supplier shall deliver the purchased item on the GAMIVO platform via the GAMIVO automated delivery system or via alternative delivery methods, i.e. manual message via the GAMIVO order.
- The Supplier shall allow the Buyer to return the unviewed code within 1 day from the date of delivery.
- Any complaints made by the Buyer will be dealt with by the Supplier personally through the technical tools available on the GAMIVO Platform. The response time to a complaint is 72 hours.
- If the Buyer’s complaint is accepted, the Supplier will refund or replace the product within 24 hours.
- The Supplier shall establish the following channels of contact with the Buyer: GAMIVO ticket system.
