Everything is better together! This idea is not excluded from gaming. There are video games that use cooperation mechanics as the main selling point. Video games from the very early times have had cooperation and collaboration in mind while playing. Even Nintendo's Super Mario Bros had a somewhat coop aspect to it. Not to mention the all-time classic: Contra. Nowadays co-op genre is cloaked under many different ones. There are FPS co-op games, platformed co-op games, and even puzzle co-ops!
