Everything you come across has been designed to portray the tangible, frequently delicate, natural world of paper inside a narrative that is laced with strands of nostalgic fascination. Explore the world, solve riddles, and defeat your enemies by taking on various forms. You can jump to previously unachievable heights as a fierce Frog, traverse the treetops and pound vermin as a mighty Ape, and roll through barriers and opponents alike as a resilient Armadillo.

The Earth is being overrun by a formidable force of digital creatures known as the Blight, which is destroying the delicate ecological equilibrium that has prevailed for a long time. It is your responsibility as Hiro, a mysterious performer from Shishiki village who is also an expert at folding, to purify the world's mentally distorted residents and restore harmony to the land.
