As the protagonist Harold, players assume the role of a young lab assistant to Jeanne Mareaux, the ship's lead scientist. While most residents have resigned themselves to life aboard the sunken vessel, Mareaux tirelessly seeks a means to relocate the ship to a drier environment. Amidst the ship's diverse and eccentric populace, Harold's routine is disrupted by an unexpected encounter, thrusting him into an unimaginable world. This newfound journey may hold the key to Mareaux's aspirations for relaunching the ship.
