Wargroove is a turn-based tactics game based on Advance Wars series. To defeat your opponent you need to either kill their commander or destroy their stronghold. In total there are 15 (+3 in Double Trouble free DLC) commanders to choose from. There is no difference what faction do you pick, the commander you control is what matters the most since each of them has an unique ability you can use during the battle.<br>The gameplay is quite straight-forward: you spend your gold to buy troops who can take over towns which produce more gold. Then you try to keep your tiny advantage which grows more and more until you crush your opponents.<br>The game is currently available on PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and PC and supports cross play between all platforms.<br>I think the game is worth your money, the singleplayer campaign is challenging, you can try out puzzle and arcade modes. And even if you get tired of default maps there are lots and lots of custom maps to download.
