About the base game:

When Shredder kidnaps Splinter, weird portals appear across New York City. With April and Metalhead examining discovered relics for clues, the Turtles fight to free their father from the Foot Clan's grasp. As the gang approaches Splinter's strange hideout, a hidden menace emerges... Splintered Fate aims to keep you involved in the FIGHT, ADAPT, REPEAT portal loop by adding new settings, balance, and tuning improvements for PC. Be prepared to restore calm in the city!
