- Talisman is a board game. Think of it as a RPG Monopoly set in fantasy world, except instead of buying properties you are fighting monsters. You roll the dice and walk around the map encountering various cards. A lot of this game is luck based: you roll the dice for movement and fighting and you never know what adventure card you'll get. It might be a powerful weapon or a dangerous dragon.<br>It is not recommended to play with a lot of expansions because the board gets filled with a lot of different cards real quick.<br>Now, the digital version: it's not that good. The UI is not very clear, there are some bugs in the game. But one of the main issues with the game is that it only has one save slot for an online game (which doesn't even work sometimes). This is really bad for a game that can take a few hours to fully complete.<br>Overall it's a pretty decent board game, but I don't like how it is implemented digitally.
