Journey for two
Split Fiction is a cooperative adventure game developed by Hazelight Studios, the creators of the award-winning It Takes Two. Players assume the roles of Mia and Zoe, two writers specializing in two different settings: fantasy and sci-fi. Their crazy journey will let you explore the world from both those genres, thus providing exceptional gameplay diversity.
No place for boredom
Together with Mia and Zoe, you will travel to a wide array of levels inspired by different fantasy and science fiction pieces. Therefore, during this crazy adventure, you will encounter dragons, robots, and even evil kittens. Each mission offers unique abilities, mechanics, and puzzles, so you will constantly face new and original challenges. Cooperation and communication are the keys to overcoming them.
Friend's Pass
Like It Takes Two, Split Fiction features the Friend's Pass that allows two players to play online with only one copy of the game. Moreover, the game offers cross-platform play, so you can join forces with your friend regardless of their gaming platform.

Split Fiction was announced at The Game Awards 2024. Hazelight Studios revealed that the It Takes Two successor would come out on March 6, 2025. The game is available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S|X.
