By the end of the twenty-first century, human civilization had ended and the planet was engulfed in a tremendous conflict. After hundreds of years, a small group of individuals who had fled the war's destruction took refuge in a massive bunker. After 500 years of isolation, the bunker's door is finally opened, revealing a dramatically altered world to those who have been cut off from the outside world. In order to live, the bunker chooses to send explorers to the surface. You are the bunker's explorers.

The continent and outer globe are in disarray. The expedition of the bunker is thrust into the midst of a storm while multiple forces vie for control. Every decision you make has a cascading effect that has the potential to either promote world peace or increase chaos and devastation.
