Gameplay

Similar to its predecessor, the sequel to Hellblade captivates players with its third-person perspective, requiring them to conquer puzzles and adversaries to advance. However, this time, the development process involved a larger team, enabling Ninja Theory to refine various aspects of the game. For example, Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 offers a totally revamped and more realistic combat system. However, in the Hellblade franchise, the physical combat is not the only one, as an equally dramatic struggle takes place in Senua's head.

Platforms and release

In December 2019, Ninja Theory unveiled Senua's Saga: Hellblade II. Later, the developer announced that the game would come out on May 21, 2024. It is available on Xbox SEries S|X and PC.
