About the base game:

Play the new installment of Resident Evil set in a small settlement in Eastern Europe, isolated from the rest of the world. Overlooking the cottage is a menacing castle inhabited by a dangerous vampire lady and her daughters. The villagers dread what's inside and avoid the premises at all costs. The setting of this survival horror game is opening new, never seen before opportunities of fear.

First-person action

Play as Ethan Winters, the protagonist of Resident Evil 7 Biohazard, who escaped the inescapable and experience the nightmarish reality from a first-person perspective (FFP). Help the protagonist on the mission to find his kidnapped daughter. Get into the mood of thrill with well-known survival horror elements and the new more action-oriented gameplay style. Explore the snowy village pulled straight from the Victorian era and beware of mutant creatures.

Familiar faces and new opponents

Hero turned into a villain. Chris Redfield from previous Resident Evil chapters is now involved in some seemingly sinister tasks. New foes populating the horrifying village await your arrival. That is the end of the peaceful existence of the Winter family. Save baby Rosemary, Ethan’s daughter, from the evil hands of werewolf-like creatures known as Lycans and the vampires.
