You're the manager of a cycling team and it's your responsibility to make key decisions that will lead your team to victory. You'll have to manage various aspects of the team, such as race management, rider rotation, training sessions, recruitment, upgrading equipment, and defining race strategies. Additionally, you'll need to consider financial management, recruit future riders, hire staff members, manage schedules, adapt tactics, and upgrade equipment to take advantage of the latest technology and improve race performance.

Try being the rider

In Pro Cyclist mode, players can create their own rider and manage their career by joining a professional team. Starting physical attributes can be selected, and the skill tree can be used to improve the rider's physical attributes. Working with the manager, tactics can be defined to improve skills and replicate the results of the best teams. Race results and performance help the player rise within the team hierarchy, and listening to rumors and getting noticed can help with recruitment.
