Hangar 13 and 2K announced Mafia: The Old Country in 2024 at Gamescom. The game's trailer premiered a few months later; however, players had to wait much longer to learn the release date. Finally, in May 2025, the game creators revealed that Mafia: The Old Country would come out on August 8, 2025. It is available on PC, Xbox Series S|X, and PlayStation 5.
