FATAL FRAME/PROJECT ZERO II: Crimson Butterfly is the complete remake of the second film in the FATAL FRAME (PROJECT ZERO) series. The twin sisters in this Japanese-style horror adventure game become trapped in an abandoned village that is plagued by evil spirits. As the narrative progresses, they battle ghosts using the Camera Obscura, a tool that can record and preserve the impossibly difficult.

This game has been completely redesigned, with enhancements made to the main gameplay features and controls as well as the graphics and sound. The iconic Camera Obscura technique, which is used to catch and repel ghosts, is still a crucial component and now provides more complex and captivating gameplay in both battle and exploration. A touching touch is also added by the new "Holding Hands with Mayu" mechanic, which allows you to feel the sisters' strong bond like never before.
