Story after Super Meat Boy Forever

Witness the aftermath of Super Meat Boy Forever in Dr. Fetus' Mean Meat Machine, where the diabolical Dr. Fetus seizes the opportunity to create the ultimate Meat Boy clone. Utilizing the data gathered from his surveillance of Meat Boy in Super Meat Boy Forever (did you spot the hidden cameras?), Dr. Fetus sets out to produce flawless replicas. However, an imperfect DNA sample leads to the creation of some rather imperfect clones.

But fear not, Dr. Fetus has a plan to refine his creations. He constructs a series of ruthless test chambers, subjecting the clones to grueling challenges to separate the subpar from the exceptional. While the initial clones bear little resemblance to Meat Boy, the familiar and endearingly grotesque face gradually emerges over time. The prospect of perfect clones is within reach, and what lies ahead afterward is anyone's guess, though it likely involves joyously tormenting and eliminating numerous Meat Boys just for the sheer pleasure of it!
