CS2 has fewer features than CS1, the optimization is very bad, regardless of the PC specifications, which has nothing to do with it. For example, NPC's have thousands of polygons, even the teeth are modeled. The textures are ugly and washed out, there is no grass. The road tool is good, as is the UI and most of the buildings, cars or people.
