Why you should buy Assassin's Creed: Rogue
- You love the AC universe,
- You want to see the story from the templar’s point of view,
- You are looking for an open-world RPG.
Assassin's Creed: Rogue
It’s the second half of the 18th century. You are Shay Patrick Cormac, an assassin who has turned his back on his brother and joined the Templars. Witness the story from the point of view of a templar and become the most feared assassin hunter in history. Assassin's Creed: Rogue gives you a unique opportunity to see the Templars from the inside and see a story of transformation and revenge.
Shape the history
Combine the skills of an assassin with those of templars. Use powerful rifles with different ammo types, grenades, or assassinate your targets quietly. Even though you have betrayed the brotherhood, you may still use eagle vision, enhanced stealth, and excellent parkour skills. Track down prominent assassins and forever change the history of these legendary heroes.
A naval adventure
Assassin's Creed: Rogue boasts upgraded naval mechanics. Venture through the cold North Atlantic and river valleys of North America. The game uses the improved naval gameplay you know from Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag and adds new features such as new enemy tactics and weapons. Ram through the thick ice sheets to discover new locations!
Key features
- Upgraded naval mechanics,
- A big open world with stunning environments,
- Unique storyline.

Reviews
- Although at first it may seem simply an expansion of the saga, it must be recognized that it has improved its mechanics in almost everything. The river navigation (which had only appeared briefly until now) and through the frozen confines of the Arctic are a novelty. Naval battles feel more agile and much of the filler and repeatability have been removed, overall it's much more compensated for what you can do on land and at sea.
For the first time in the saga, we control a Templar, the charismatic Shay Cormac, and the mechanics of avoiding murder and hunting Assassins bring a bit of freshness and variety to what we have already seen. The length of the main story is relatively short but intense and features an overwhelming number of locations and side quests that will keep you busy for days.
Of the port there is little to add is basically the console version with slight tweaks. I totally recommend it.
