A Plague Tale: Requiem is the long-awaited sequel to the critically acclaimed A Plague Tale: Innocence. Just like the first game, the new chapter in the story of Amicia and Hugo is an action-adventure game that uses elements from other genres, mostly stealth games.
The sequel continues the story from A Plague Tale: Innocence, so we join the characters as they try to escape the plague of rats and merciless agents of the Inquisition. Moreover, they must find a cure for Hugo's curse or at least keep it at bay. Help them survive in this brutal world twisted by paranormal powers. Master stealth technics to eliminate your enemies using a vast range of weapons and even supernatural abilities.
As you can see, the sequel takes everything that's best from its predecessor and adds even more. And there is more good news. A Plague Tale: Requiem cast remains unchanged as Charlotte McBurney and Logan Hannan reprise their roles as Amicia and Hugo, respectively.
The release date
The game's initial and final release date is the same, which is almost unique as most of today's releases are postponed due to some developmental delays. The A Plague Tale: Requiem premiere day is October 18, 2022.
