SPACE GAME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

  1. The Terms & Conditions apply to the relations between GAMIVO and an online individual participant.
  2. . GAMIVO Game Contest [hereinafter: Contest] is organized GAMIVO.com Limited [hereinafter: GAMIVO], registered under laws of Malta, bearing Company Registration No. C 90983 and having its registered office at 99 Dingli Street, SLM 1905 Sliema, Malta, email address: .
  3. GAMIVO does not require any purchase or payment of any kind to enter or win the contes
  4. No purchase on GAMIVO platform may increase participant’s chances of winning.
  5. By entering the Contest, participants accept and will be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  6. The Contest Page is https://www.gamivo.com/promo/space-game [hereinafter: Contest Page], which hosts a game Space Game. [hereinafter: Game].
  7. The Contest is open to persons aged eighteen (18) years or older, except employees, agents, contractors or consultants of GAMIVO and their immediate families, the GAMIVO's associated companies and anyone else professionally connected with the Contest [hereinafter: Participants].
  8. This Contest is void where prohibited by local law.
  9. The Contest is open for entries on5th August 2021 [hereinafter: Opening Date] and closes on 8th August 2021 [hereinafter: Closing Date]. The period from the Opening Date to and including the Closing Date shall be referred to as the “Contest Period”.
  10. GAMIVO will not be responsible for entries received after the Contest Period or for entries not received for any other reason.
  11. To enter the Contest, Participants need to visit the Contest Page, log in with their online nickname and e-mail and play the Game. No other methods of entry will be accepted.
  12. Game has a 4 minutes time limit, during which the Participant has 3 chances of wining. Points rank is avaiable for GAMIVO and will be used to choose 3 winners daily.
  13. One Participant’s e-mail may win once every 4 days.
  14. Each Participant who completes Game entry as indicated on the Contest Page, will have a chance to win one of the following prizes daily
    a) I prize – 30 Euro balance on Gamivo.com user account, 
    b) II prize – 20 Euro balance on Gamivo.com user account, 
    c) III prize – 10 Euro balance on Gamivo.com user account, 
  15. GAMIVO shall pick winners for the prizes from all the Participants submitted to the Contest during the Contest Period (“Winners”), based on daily Game points ranks. The pick will be made by a GAMIVO’s marketing department team
  16. Winners will be contacted personally through their given e-mails for further details on receiving the prize in no longer that 5 days.
  17. In order to claim their prize, the Winners must respond and provide, if requested by GAMIVO, any additional information necessary to facilitate prize delivery or confirm identification, within three (3) days of the GAMIVO’s email.
  18. If GAMIVO does not receive a response to its notification within three (3) days of the date of notification or the e-mail is found invalid or closed GAMIVO reserves the right to cancel the prize entitlement.
  19. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and GAMIVO reserves the right to subst
  20. Data submitted by Participants will be used only for the purpose of administering the Contest. Your personal data will be stored for a period of no longer than three years. GAMIVO is the controller of your personal data within the scope covered by Consent. To the extent permitted by applicable law consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent, however, does not affect the legality of processing that takes place on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal.

GAMIVO reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms & Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the GAMIVO’s control
  22. Without prejudice to the provision of law applicable in relations with the consumers, the Terms & Conditions and any other documents related to the Contest and services rendered through the Platform are governed by and should be interpreted in accordance with laws of Republic of Malta.
