1. Refund policy
Accounts purchased through GAMIVO are eligible for return only if the account has not been activated on our website,
An account is considered activated once you enter the required details (Order ID,
Email, and Access Code).
2. Warranty terms
The warranty on our products is 12 MONTHS, if the game stops working afterwards we can not guarantee replacing it free of charge. This doesn't mean that your game will stop working after 12 months, nearly all games work indefinitely if they were set up correctly. It just means that we'll supply to you a free replacement game if anything goes wrong within the first 365 days.
