Terms & Conditions:

1. Payment Policy

• Only Gamivo-approved payment methods are accepted.
• Any unapproved payment method will not be recognized or processed.

2. Return Policy

• Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot accept direct returns on sold items.
• Returns are only applicable for DOA (Dead on Arrival) items.
• Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include proper proof.

3. Refund Policy

• Full refunds are eligible only in the following cases:
a. DOA (Dead on Arrival) items.
b. Undelivered items.
•Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase/delivery with valid proof.

4. Replacement Policy

• Replacements are only provided for DOA (Dead on Arrival) items.
• The claim must be reported within 7 days of delivery with proper proof.

5. Return, Refund & Replacement Eligibility

• Eligible Situations

Your request will be approved if:
a. The license is expired, invalid, or non-replaceable.
b. Payment is rejected, unconfirmed, or incomplete.
c. The product is out of stock or not delivered.

• Ineligible Situations

Your request will not be approved if:
a. The product is no longer required, or the device is incompatible.
b. You purchased the wrong item or edition by mistake.
c. The claim is fake, irrelevant, or unsupported by valid proof.

6. Support Policy

• All digital products come with 24 months of limited seller support alongside manufacturer support wherever applicable.

7. Compliance
