- a i had this game on my first DOS computer and i still remember when i smile watching those little worms moving on my crt monitor doing annihilation, and destruction. Pixel graphics may look a bit odd now, but indie games like Celeste show theirs is such need for this art. The sounds are wacky and cartoony which is a enjoy for a retro fan. There are not lot weapons but they work fine. The destruction system allows you to destroy a whole map. the Game modes in the game are a solid classic death match with PC or with other player on ITCP/IP, IPX modem or on split screen ( I still remember playing it with my sister it was a such fun). Steam Version works with DOSBOX emulator, but i know it has some problems on 2 core and above processors but theirs solution to this. So if if you like classic games you should have fun with Worms 1 I highly recommend it
