Your goal is to endure the depressing cycle of prolonged unemployment and social exclusion. Your body's physiological requirements and your emotional well-being are statistics that you must control. To prevent literally dying of boredom, keep your dopamine levels high. Eat, drink (responsibly), use the restroom, wash yourself, avoid obligations, and amuse yourself enough. Please just survive. Make it through the week. Things will improve.
