Slugcat, you are. The world around you is dangerous, and you must face it on your own. Separated from your family by a devastating flood, you must seek food and shelter in the midst of horrific torrential downpours that threaten to drown all life. Climb through the remains of an ancient civilisation, avoid terrible predators' jaws, and explore new places alive with weird species and buried mysteries. Find your relatives before death comes looking for you!

This survival platformer, inspired by the simplicity and elegance of 16-bit classics, necessitates fast-paced stealth, both on your own prey and past the fangs of hungry predators. Each ravenous foe in your path will be crafty, aggressive, and constantly on the hunt, eager to sink their teeth into you, or even each other. As a little, soft slugcat, you must rely on stealth and intellect rather than force: understand the environment and exploit its weaknesses. Maybe then you'll be able to survive... Rain World!
