What is Steam?
Steam is one of the biggest digital distribution platform developed by Valve Corporation. It let's you digitally manage your games, play mulitplayer and even socialize with your friends and people around the globe via its networking program. Steam has its own store where users can purchase video games and software. It is available on Microsoft Windows, Linux and OS X. Application for smartphones with Android and iOS is also available to download.
How to activate Steam key?
Launch your Steam

- Launch your Steam app and log into your account.
- Click on 'LIBRARY'. List of all your games will show up.
Locate ADD A GAME option.

- Next, hover your mouse at the bottom left corner and click on '+ ADD A GAME'.
- Small popup will appear. Pick the middle option 'Activate a Product on Steam...'
Enter your game key.

- Product Activation window will be shown. Click 'NEXT' and then click 'I AGREE'
- On the next screen enter your Steam game key you wish to add to your account and click 'NEXT'.
- Activation Successful window should be visible.
- Now you can download your newly activated game.
