Blood: Refreshed Supply follows Caleb, an undead gunslinger on a relentless quest for revenge against his former demonic master, Tchernobog. Once a fearsome Cabal commander and one of the dark god’s elite Chosen, Caleb and his comrades were betrayed and slaughtered for reasons unknown. Now risen from the grave, he hunts for answers - and vengeance - one corpse at a time.

Arm yourself and carve a path through 42 gore-soaked levels, unlocking a growing arsenal of deadly and creative weapons. Incinerate foes with the Flare Gun, Aerosol Can, or Napalm Launcher. Pulverize enemies with dynamite, the Tommy Gun, or the Sawed-Off Shotgun, or embrace darker methods with the Voodoo Doll and Life Leech.
