Metal Gear is the kingpin in stealth games. It's been renowned for its numerous stealth mechanics, and it doesn't let down on this game. You play as Venom Snake. You take down outposts and fight enemies. The game moves away from intense boss fights, which are less common. The most memorable parts of the game are seizing an opportunity in a small window of time to become even more stealthy. Strategizing who to take out first and what trucks to sneak into the trunk of make a difference. It also allows for lots of creativity in planning. The enemy can never know you are there or you can bomb the entire place with a helicopter. It is simply a masterpiece.
