The terms and conditions determined by the supplier are more advantageous for the buyer than the Terms and Conditions on the GAMIVO Platform.
These terms and conditions apply only to Products purchased from the Supplier.

* Since the digital codes sent are single-use, they are considered 'used or damaged' even if the user sees the code (product). Therefore, exchange or return is not possible for digital codes.

OPTIONAL RULES:
The supplier only allows payment through alternative sales channels authorized by them; for example, direct payment - bank transfer. The supplier's delivery time is 14 days from the date the payment is credited to the supplier's account. The supplier allows payment methods other than those offered on the platform, such as direct payment – ​​bank transfer. The supplier will deliver the purchased product via the GAMIVO platform through the GAMIVO automated delivery system or via alternative delivery methods, for example, by manual message via a GAMIVO order. The supplier will allow the buyer to return the unchecked code within 1 day of the delivery date. All complaints made by the buyer will be handled personally by the supplier through the technical tools available on the GAMIVO Platform. The response time to complaints is 72 hours. If the buyer's complaint is accepted, the supplier will refund the price of the product or replace the product within 24 hours. The supplier will establish the following communication channels with the buyer: GAMIVO ticket system.
