The Dark Pictures: Man of Medan é um jogo de aventura mantido em clima de terror. A produção foi desenvolvida pelo estúdio Supermassive Games (Until Dawn, Hidden Agenda). Esta é a primeira produção da banda, que não foi lançada apenas nos consoles da família PlayStation.
Man of Medan inicia The Dark Pictures Anthology, uma série de jogos de terror da Supermassive Games, desenvolvida em colaboração com a Bandai Namco Entertainment. Cada parcela é uma história independente em um clima de terror, sem relação com outras partes.
Man of Medan é um jogo de aventura que se concentra em contar uma história interessante. Em termos de jogabilidade , o jogo é um desenvolvimento de ideias de jogos de estúdio anteriores. Enquanto jogamos, fazemos escolhas, embora também existam algumas destrezas simples e desafios lógicos.
Durante o jogo, podemos dirigir cinco personagens — quatro mergulhadores e um capitão adicional do barco no qual irão chegar ao misterioso naufrágio. A história não é linear. - A storytelling horror game that you can have fun with your friend in the friends pass update
- This is a great title that will take you on an adventure alone or with friends. You will test your courage and the speed you need to use to skillfully choose the decisions to survive.
- The story regarding Man of Medal I liked much more, a mix between urban legends and interior ghosts, its plot very well worked and with an ending (or endings, depending on the decisions made) that did not they leave you indifferent. Graphically it is brutal, surpassing its predecessor in all aspects, with a more than correct optimization. The only downside that I would put is its short duration, something that we have already seen in its previous story and that leaves you with a certain flavor. Although it is replayable due to its different endings, it is still a fairly short experience, which loses steam as we learn its mechanics in the different passes or repetitions. Of course, do not expect full gameplay, the game is a combination of cinematics and QTE with the momentary handling of the characters. Still, it deserves the experience, its plot grabs you and you can't stop until its final event.
