Sviluppato da WB Games Montréal, il gioco presenta una Gotham City ampliata e introduce una storia prequel originale ambientata diversi anni prima degli eventi di Batman: Arkham Asylum e Batman: Arkham City, i primi due acclamati titoli della serie. Ambientato prima dell'ascesa dei criminali più pericolosi di Gotham City, il gioco mostra un giovane e inesperto Batman alle prese con un momento cruciale della sua carriera di giustiziere, un momento che segnerà il suo percorso per diventare il Cavaliere Oscuro. - Batman has a long history of escaping from some of the deadliest, most elaborate traps a brilliant criminal mind can devise. In his bat-utility belt is a gadget to get him out of nearly any predicament. But in Batman: Arkham Origins, there's one trap Batman can't escape from: the trap of expectations. By now, there are two things that define action in the Arkham series: rhythmic, free-flow combat and stealthy predator rooms. Arkham Origins has those elements in spades. But it doles them out in a straightforward, predictable fashion that lacks the inspiration of the earlier Arkham games.<br><br>The most noteworthy difference between Arkham Origins and its predecessors is a significantly larger open world.

- Great action and adventure game that only suffers the burden of having two previous installments of a colossal level.<br>Remarkable in the graphics, great in the playable, addictive in the narrative and epic in the sound. The origins of the Arkham saga is a highly recommended product for any player, and essential for fans of the best superhero saga that the art of video games has had.I don't understand why people qualify it as a minor Batman game for not being programmed by rocksteady, when it is at the level of Arkham City/Asylum and in some things it surpasses them. Very good.<br>

Sadly they didn't give out this masterpiece, but luckily I found it here at a much better price than Steam. Next up, I'll be buying the Cold Cold Night DLC!
