Batman: Arkham Origins est le nouvel opus de la franchise à succès Batman: Arkham. Développé par WB Games Montréal, le jeu propose une Gotham City étendue et une histoire originale se déroulant plusieurs années avant les événements de Batman: Arkham Asylum et Batman: Arkham City, les deux premiers jeux de la franchise, acclamés par la critique. Se déroulant avant l'ascension des criminels les plus dangereux de Gotham City, le jeu met en scène un Batman jeune et inexpérimenté, confronté à un moment décisif de ses débuts de justicier, qui le mènera à devenir le Chevalier Noir. Au fil de l'histoire, les joueurs rencontreront pour la première fois de nombreux personnages importants et tisseront des liens essentiels.

- Batman has a long history of escaping from some of the deadliest, most elaborate traps a brilliant criminal mind can devise. In his bat-utility belt is a gadget to get him out of nearly any predicament. But in Batman: Arkham Origins, there's one trap Batman can't escape from: the trap of expectations. By now, there are two things that define action in the Arkham series: rhythmic, free-flow combat and stealthy predator rooms. Arkham Origins has those elements in spades. But it doles them out in a straightforward, predictable fashion that lacks the inspiration of the earlier Arkham games.<br><br>The most noteworthy difference between Arkham Origins and its predecessors is a significantly larger open world.

- Great action and adventure game that only suffers the burden of having two previous installments of a colossal level.<br>Remarkable in the graphics, great in the playable, addictive in the narrative and epic in the sound. The origins of the Arkham saga is a highly recommended product for any player, and essential for fans of the best superhero saga that the art of video games has had.I don't understand why people qualify it as a minor Batman game for not being programmed by rocksteady, when it is at the level of Arkham City/Asylum and in some things it surpasses them. Very good.<br>

Sadly they didn't give out this masterpiece, but luckily I found it here at a much better price than Steam. Next up, I'll be buying the Cold Cold Night DLC!
