worked as intended. It's basically Dead Space but with more visceral melee combat. Enemies are absolutely ruthless and WILL rip your face off if you slip up.

All good, perfect.

The graphics are genuinely impressive and the story keeps you engaged enough to push through to the end, but the gameplay itself is where it falls short. Combat gets repetitive fast, and the dodging mechanic never quite feels right no matter how long you play. The atmosphere and visuals do a lot of heavy lifting to carry what is otherwise a pretty shallow experience. That said, it's not a bad game.
