State of Decay 3 is the third installment in the series of action-adventure survival games created by Undead Labs. Once again, you will have to find a way to preserve your humanity (and life) in a world overrun by zombies.

Stronger together

Every member of your community is valuable in State of Decay 3. Survivors will learn this fact in a very painful way because the game has permadeath. As a result, if a character dies, you lose access to their unique skills for good. Thus, every decision and mistake carries consequences that affect the story and in-game events. You can explore the dangerous open world and face the postapocalyptic reality of State of Decay 3 alone or team up with your friends. The game features a multiplayer mode for up to four players.

Release date and platforms

State of Decay 3 is available on PC and Xbox Series S|X. Undead Labs and the game's publisher, Xbox Studios, haven't announced when it will come out.
