Basically linear, but each level is open to a degree, you don't strictly have to take a set path through.<br>Personally I think the story is stronger in Dishonored 1 than Dishonored 2, this is me not saying Dishonored 2 was bad, far from it as its a grate game with more options of more powers and choices. The part i like about Dishonored 2 was the excellent level design that just makes it feel more realistic then just a simple game, mix it with the more colourful part of the game makes it a grate experience to play and witness.<br><br>I havn't played the death of the outsider yet as the other two are very long and takes time to finish, the death of the outsider game was made to be a DLC for Dishonred 2 but became too big so they made it into a stand alone game.<br>The game it self seems to be long like the other two but as its a smaller game it can be beaten in couple of hours unlike the other two which might take a day to finish.<br>
