Europa, 1946. La seconda guerra mondiale infuria in tutta Europa. The whole story begins during the Second World War, but quickly moves to the alternative sixties of the twentieth century, when the world is ruled by the Nazis. The old-school climate has been preserved in the form of improving the effectiveness of armor and health points, it stands out strongly against other first-person shooters. New mechanics have also been added, which we meet for the first time in the Wolfenstein series, for example a cutter, which will be used to solve simple environmental puzzles.<br><br>On the plus side: interesting plot, lots of secrets to discover, nice locations, nice sound and graphics, in some locations the number of small objects that make up the set was surprisingly detailed, it shoots great.<br><br>On the downside: linearity, little freedom of exploration, stupid enemies.<br>But overall a nice game, I recommend it.

I prefer it over Doom, its morey story-focused than the former. Its one of the more intense and fun shooters out there. <br>Many secrets, illustrations and things to collect too. Also this is the uncut ROW version. Killing nazis its still fun in 2020.

Fight against a new order of nazis in a hi-tech distopic world. Good graphics, good OST, fantastic gunplay and tons of lead and blood.<br><br>The only drawback in my opinion, are the stealth levels. The mechanic is not horrible but it's very simple and, sometimes, a bit boring.<br><br>On the whole, a "must" singleplayer shooter. Good variety of weapons, enemies and awsomely designed levels with plenty of secrets to discover, which is one of the strong points of the original Wolfenstein 3D.<br>
