Hopefully the story is long and good, considering that it comes from a recognized series of books, and it certainly is. The game has to be passed 2 times, in the arc of Iorveth and Roche, the decision influences the history of the game but not the end, you decide who wins the war, who lives and who dies, except for some exceptions that lead to The witcher 3.
