About Genesis Alpha One

In Genesis Alpha One, players take on the role of an interstellar pioneer tasked with saving humanity from extinction. The game blends elements of rogue-like gameplay with a deep ship building system and fast-paced first-person action. Players must journey into unknown space, construct and manage a space vessel, farm resources, and battle terrifying alien infestations. The game's ultimate goal is to find new homes for humanity's DNA. The galaxy is vast and randomly generated, filled with danger and adventure. Players begin with a small vessel but can upgrade and combine dozens of spaceship modules including crew quarters, workshops, hangars, clone labs, and greenhouses. A variety of weapons and defenses can be researched and used to fight off the alien threat. Players can also collect DNA samples from aliens to enhance the abilities of their crew members. Exploring planet surfaces with a harvester crew can uncover additional loot and secrets.
